1. At the same time Dobavki.ua individually approaches to each client and can consider as an exception the possibility of exchange or return.
Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
2. If the Buyer rejects the goods, the Seller shall return the sum of money paid for the goods, less the costs associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer and removal of the goods from the Buyer, no later than twenty days from the date of the Buyer's request.
