Biotin is a water-soluble B-vitamin. It helps to promote healthy skin, nails and hair, and is necessary for certain enzymes to work properly. Biotin also supports energy production in the body, and is required for protein, carbohydrate, and fat metabolism.

Suggested use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Вкотре замовив цей препарат для мами. Єдиний препарат який їй підходить, Шкіра після нього стає чистішою, м'якшою, не шулушиться. Волосся перестає випадати. Нігтьова пластина стає міцнішою.

Солгар як завжди на висоті. Зміцнилися нігті, стала краще шкіра, волосся виглядає більш здоровими. Саме таке дозування підходить мені, так як доводиться бути фізично дуже активною. При високих навантаженнях менша доза не ефективна.

Після ковіда дуже сипалися волосся. Тепер же вони знову густі і блищать! Дозування швидше для лікувальних цілей, якщо потрібно для профілактики, то вибирайте до 5000. А в цілому рекомендую!

Відмінні вітаміни. Повернули мені волосся після пологів. Вони сипалися пачками після пологів, ніякі чудо-маски не допомагали. Колір обличчя став краще. Рекомендую всім.
