Мені 52 роки і я вживаю саме морський колаген через те,що він найкращий для мене .Зручна форма пакування, швидко розчиняється у воді,та немає побічних запахів.Дуже задоволена,приймаю більше року.Помітила,що шкіра стала більш пружною і волосся стало більш живим. Доречі,вага знизилась,але поступово і без проблем.Раджу цей вид колагену.

Гарний колаген.пити треба за 1 год до їжі .краще натщесердце ,або чепез дві години після їжі. 1ч.ложка на стакан води.але для мене важно пити.має специфічний присмак. То я додаю лимону у воду тоді нормально.

Колаген дуже потрібен для наших кісток, волосся, нігтів , а особливо коли людині за 40, адже обмінні процеси вже не ті. Якість даного продукту хороша, плюс той, що він одразу з вітаміном С та гіалуроновою кислотою, краще засвоююється. Мені особисто пити у вигляді порошку нормально, але є люди яким більше подобаються капсули.

Дуже корисна річ, замовляю велику банку. Дуже корисно тому хто займається професійно спортом, допомагає суглобом бути у формі рекомендую! При замовлені потрапила на знижку дякую!
