Earth Therapeutics, Green Tea Hydrogel Under-Eye Patch, 5 Pairs

1. Cleanse and thoroughly dry your face.
2. Open foil package, take out the Under-Eye Patches, and carefully peel off the inner liner to expose the gel sheet. [Note that there are two [2] patches in every foil package.]
3. Apply the patches over the under-eye area as shown. Smooth out the patches carefully to make sure that the hydrogel sheet makes good contact with the skin.
4. Relax. Wear the patches for about 30 minutes. The Active Hydrogel Delivery Matrix™ works to hydrate and rejuvenate your skin.
5. Remove the patches gently and discard. Do not reuse the patches. [Note that the patch is clean and comes off easily. It does not leave any messy wet residue and the Hydrogel Matrix does not rub off on the skin.]
   

Recommended use: 3 times a week for the first week, then at least 2 times a week thereafter. [Note: The hydrogel sheet should not make contact with your eyeballs. Do not use on eyelids.) Hint: The unique shape of the patch allows you to use on other problem areas such as the skin around the mouth.

Do not use on blemishes or on irritated or sunburned skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If you experience itchiness, redness, irritation, or swelling. Discontinue use immediately and rinse thoroughly with water. If symptoms persist, consult a physician. Keep at room temperature.
