Take preferably at bedtime or as directed by a doctor.

Age group directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Starting Dosage: One (1) tablet once a day; maximum dosage: two (2) tablets twice a day. Ask a doctor.

Limit use to no more than two weeks. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 12. Store at room temperature. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Notice: This product contains Senna (cassia angustifolia). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
