As a dietary supplement:

For daily maintenance: Children ages 6 to 12 take (2.5mL) 1/2 teaspoon daily with 8oz of water. Adults and children over 12 years old take (5mL) 1 teaspoon daily with 8 oz of water.

For intensive use: Children ages 6-12 take (2.5mL) 1/2 teaspoon twice daily 12 hours apart. Adults and children over 12 years old take (5mL) 1 teaspoon twice daily 12 hours apart.

This product contains honey, refrigeration is not required. Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
