Купила Цинк на всю сім'ю! Дозування хороше для чоловіків, для жінок під таблетки. Розмір таблетки невеликий, легко розділити навпіл. У сезон застуд та пандемії просто необхідний. Покращує зростання волосся, нігтів, грає роль розвитку чоловічих статевих клітин, і навіть у виникненні ерекції. Поліпшує стан шкіри.

Одна з найбільш біодоступних форм - глюконат. Відмінно засвоюється. Але важливо пам'ятати, що цинк вимиває з організму мідь, тому варто приймати курс міді після курсу цинку.

Цинк замовили під час з чоловіком, т.к недавно перенесли Ковід, а для відновлення нюху лікар прописав саме його. Розмір таблеток невеликий, зручно пити.

Цинк приймаю регулярними курсами кілька разів на рік. Крім того що він просто фантастично підняв мій імунітет - не боліла вже 2 роки взагалі))), так він ще й чудово впливає на стан шкіри і волосся.
