Do not use if under the age of 18, pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume caffeine or any stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to energy drinks, coffee, soda, dietary supplements or medications. Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine, about as much as ½ cups of strong coffee. Do not use longer than 2 months. Follow with a 1-month off-period.
