This is a combination of magnesium citrate and magnesium malate. Malate pairs with magnesium to provide benefit for fatigue and muscle tenderness.

Citrate works with magnesium to support kidney function by reducing calcium oxalate and phosphate crystals in the urine.

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by your health-care practitioner.

Мені більше підходить саме форма цитрату, завжди її замовляю. Для хорошого сну, для нервів і плюсом позитивно впливає на шлунково-кишкового тракту. А марка Торн для мене найкраща на даний момент, одна з найбільш робочих

П'ю по 3-шт, поки не зрозуміло, здається стала спокійніше. Приймаю разом із В6. Побочок не бачу.

Відмінно підходить для добавок магнію. Я відчуваю, що я сплю краще і глибше, з меншим стресом і без зупинки шлунка після того, як я почала його приймати.

Я завжди віддаю перевагу цьому виробнику, якщо це можливо, оскільки іноді це коштує досить дорого. Але якість хороша. Приймайте цей магній перед сном. Розмір таблеток досить великий, але нормально.
